Beautifully different – that is the first thought which comes to mind when people see the products from side by side. As well as the unique design of our products, we give the utmost care to the choice of materials and the quality of workmanship. Smoothly sanded or oiled wood, fabric and felt always feel good in the hand. These materials are chosen and handled with an artisan diligence as well as great expertise. The guardians of this quality are the employees of the Caritas Wendelstein workshops in Raubling/Upper Bavaria and the 20 other workshops for people with disabilities. They have given life to the creations of 30 designers over the last 10 years. These products have delighted people in Germany, throughout Europe and beyond. The side by side team and its initiator, Sabine Meyer, never dreamed that it would be so successful. This success has been the reason and motivation to keep creating new ideas and products, true to the motto that has made us what we are today – beautifully different.
